Canada Life Building

The Canada Life Building located in the downtown core of Toronto is a historic office building. Originally opened in 1931, it served as the headquarters of Canada Life Assurance Company. The building is best known for its weather beacon whose colour codes provide summarized weather forecasts at a glance. Mulvey and Banani Lighting has brought new life to the building with colour changing exterior lighting to emphasize the featured architecture above the front entrance of the building. Mix of colours is used to represent the various causes and holidays supported through a 365 day automated Pharos control system.
