Mississauga Gateway Centre is a premier business park with approximately 640,000 square feet of Class “A” office space. They pursue sustainability because it creates a healthy, productive work environment for their tenants, and helps them attract top talent. As leading sustainable buildings, Mississauga Gateway Centre improves financial performance with their tenants and reduces the building’s environmental footprint by using less energy and water, generating less waste. They chose to install Finelite’s energy efficient HP-4 LED recessed luminaires which deliver a clean, 4-inch-wide linear aesthetic and make dramatic statement in the building’s large lobby space.
